kll724 3,055 Posted July 4, 2012 You do not want to really throw up, yes, it can mess with your band. liquid medicines are best, and thankfuly, most meds can be bought in liquid form. Hopefully, this will pass without stomach problems; fingers x'd for4 you! Take it easy!! its a holdiay, so you don't need to g out, unless you feel better. Dulci 108 Posted July 4, 2012 If you start to vomit, call your surgeon and ask them to call in a script for an anti-nausa medication. Rest, relax and feel better.

You need to consult with your surgeon...your primary care doctor may not have enough knowledge or expertise to manage your situation. Do you have any of the anti-nausea medication left from being in the hospital? If so, it may help to take some...but you should really be consulting with your surgeon. Good luck...and I hope you feel better fast!

Skinny_Jill 36 Posted July 4, 2012 It is funny but I can't liquid Tylenol or Nyquil. It comes right back up. I have never had issues taking pills. Even when I had good restriction. I even have issues with liquid cough medicine. I think because it is thick. I don't know. I hope you feel better. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
