F Mike 7 Posted July 4, 2012 Hello everyone, I was banded on the June 25th 2012 and I've lost 26 pounds already. Should I be alarmed?
jeani81 93 Posted July 4, 2012 You will lose pretty quick at first but it will slow down. You just don't want to lose too quickly or your skin will hang off you instead of having time to firm back up
therealme89 54 Posted July 4, 2012 no it all depends on ur starting weight if your on the heavier side its easier to lose a lot of weight fast also during the beginning its really common to lose a lot of weight fast because your body is shocked by the changes in diet. as long as your taking your Vitamins and getting your Protein and Water in i say enjoy the pounds melting off so easy because later come the plateaus now those are frustrating

DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted July 4, 2012 I wouldn't worry about it. I've lost 116 pounds in 6 months and I'm doing just fine despite how quickly I've lost the weight so far. 5 bigenuff, Anniie.N, adorkbl and 2 others reacted to this

With your weight loss did you take any supplements or something or you was just strickly maintaining with the lapband alone.

I just follow the guidelines my nutrionist set for me and track all my calories, that's all. It's very simple 1 jen_1381 reacted to this
