yes and yes and yes again.

i had that also. i called my dr and asked what to do. they said to eat activa. i cant stand yogurt and they said to get align (walmart genric brand 16 dollars),,,i opened the capsule and put in my Protein Shakes and in about 1 /2 days, my runs stopped. read my blogs, it will tell you!! ask the dr if you want to be sure. it will stop. fluids in means fluids out. hang in therem it gets better
