vlp1968 83 Posted June 30, 2012 I would call your surgeons office and ask. Keep in mind the calories alchohol has, and they are empty ones. Also, I know for me it causes me to overeat/eat things I normally wouldn't. My advice- stay away from it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I've drank alcohol before, I know the down falls, but a glass of wine every once in awhile is all I need I'll ask my dr at my appointment Tuesday! Thanks! deanne21 4 Posted June 30, 2012 Well I've just finished a lovely glass of chianti!!! I say little and not too often why not!!! My surgeon never said no just be aware of calories!!! **** we eat next to nothing now!!! A glass or two on occasion is not going to kill me like say a heart attack from being over weight would of!!!
