MY BMI IS 40.66 YHAY ARE MAILING ME THE INFO I HAVE REF.FROM MY PCP. IM VERY HAPPY TO BE ON THIS FORMUS IM DOING LOTS OF HOME WORK THAY ARE ASKING ME TO DO THE REQ.STEPS DO YALL THINK ILL HAVE A PROBLUM BEING APPROVED? I'm from Macon and I'm getting banded hopefully in August by Dr. Duncan in atl. I used to have Bcbs and they were easy, fast and efficient with everything. Not too thorough like my current insurance (tricare) But with any insurance it takes time when getting approved for surgery. I'm sure everything will work out for you. (praying for you)!!! :-)

Thanks for the information I have. Another? The three year weight loss from a doc I do not have I have 2 ye do u all think. This is a problem?

Wow my Dr referred me to Dr Duncan what are his requirements? Please tell me every thing I need to no thanks ill be attending a seminar on Tuesday thanks
