kaybug 0 Posted March 12, 2006 :cry hi my name is kaybug and ive had my band 7 full days today i was 355 to be continued pound because the scale said made in the u.s.a anyway i havn't had anything to eat in 7 days and its starting to taker a toll on me :phanvan i feel like noone in my house understands what im going threw but i know they r tring to put up with my :angry i feel like crying all the time cuz laughing hruts more the anything i was intructed by the doctor if i can suck it threw a straw then i can't eat it :speechles :decision: one part of me wants to eat soft food but im scared and i don't want to disappoint my family but i feel like im failing all ready and i need so help i can say this just reading the page is helping my a lot it lets me know that im not in this by myself. please help:help: Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Sandybells 0 Posted March 12, 2006 Yogurt, oatmeal, applesauce, cottage cheese, Jello with cool whip. It will give you something to chew and stay with you longer. A Protein Shake your choice of brand of whey or soy (chocolate or whatever) can be whipped up with Peanut Butter, banana, nonfat dry milk, ice Water or milk (small amount) Blend and sip slowly! Have a cream of broccoli Soup with half Water and half skim milk, have a shake with skim milk, drink liquids constantly and lots of water. I have three days left of liquids and believe me it is not easy, but if you have heavier liquids it helps. Weekends are the worse times for me...You will do fine, you can do ti... MyKdsDad 1 Posted March 12, 2006 Kay, find one of the tickers, like the one on Sandybells signature and click on it. That will take you to the website where you can make your own. When you get it all put together, copy and paste the code in the top window (you'll see it at the end of the process) into your signature (under the "USER CP" link at the top of this page).
