cmoody821 44 Posted June 29, 2012 It will get better. After about 3 or 4 days the headaches and withdrawls will go away. It will be worth it in the end .

Luv2sing920@aol.com 14 Posted June 29, 2012 Try to keep yourself busy. When I'm on liquids there are some nights I have to go to be early just not to deal with not eating. It's very hard. Stay positive!
Wtloss 75 Posted June 29, 2012 It is hard, but I found the second week I wasn't as hungry. I got banded Monday and now hungry again still on liquids, but I am losing wt so it's a good thing. Drink your Protein and Water
Cazzy 725 Posted June 29, 2012 All u can do is just keep drinking Water and be patient, eventually your body will adjust to liquids only and u wont be as hungry you will be on liquids only post - op too so sorry to say but u will need to get used to it
fericito 138 Posted June 29, 2012 You can do this Tricia. Can you sleep through the weekend? I like some of the things said here - go to bed early, drink tons of Water. Drink so much you feel sloshy... it helps with the hunger a bit. And get tons of Protein even in your water, etc. Protein will take the edge off... you're in detox mode! So sorry I know it sucks. Best of luck to you.
canderson04 17 Posted June 29, 2012 Tricia hang in there. I know how u feel I am on day 3 and I am struggling. Drink tons of Water and sleep as much as possible. Be ware u could have diarrhea or Constipation with the Protein intakes because u r not getting anything else. I learned that the hard way.
TriciaLN 177 Posted June 29, 2012 Thank you everyone!! I am hanging in there. It's hard making meals and Snacks for my kids and seeing it right in front of me!! I have been trying to stay out of the kitchen completely. I know its going to get better and I just keep telling myself the end result will be sooo worth it!! Thanks again! allik07 29 Posted June 29, 2012 It was very hard for me too... I just had to focus on why I was doing it and that I was doing it for me and my health. I chewed a lot of sugar free gum, which helped tremendously!
