difa 114 Posted June 27, 2012 So this past weekend I ate real healthy and I gained two lbs by tuesday morning. After a bad tuesday i ate bad tuesday night and this morning i woke up to having lost the weight gained and also having lost another two pounds. I dont fet it! ☠carolinagirl☠ 18,721 Posted June 27, 2012 why the scale plays mind tricks. our bodies change weight constantly and hard to make an accurate reading. drink a 20 oz soda and you gain. pee it out and you most likely lost. i went through that scale habit for alot of years. if i gained, my day was shot. if i lost, it was party time. you are doing fabulous. just because the scale says you gained, did you? go by your clothes fitting looser and you feeling better. I sometimess find that if we have done really well eating and exercising for a few days u sort of get a delayed reaction on the scales, not always, and if u have eaten too much it might not show up for a day or two, just one of the mysteries of life i think Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

bornready 42 Posted June 27, 2012 I threw my scale away and didn't weigh myself for a month! Imagine my surprise when I wasn't freaked out all the time. I did have some anxiety when I went to the Dr's and weighed in, but I had lost 8lb in a month. We did not put this weight on all at once and its not going to come off all at once!
