How Do I Know If Im Too Tight?

just got my 3rd fill. i have never experienced a tight feeling or even any restriction. right now i feel tight but how do i know if im too tight?

i have been too tight before and i was unable to even keep down a Protein Shake. what made me finally go in to get an unfill is i woke up choking on my own saliva.tooo scary!

This scares me. I just got my second fill this a.m. I'm now @ 3.25cc's in a 10cc band. I noticed when I drank the Water after my fill, it went through the stoma/band much slower than before. I went & grabbed a coffee, and am drinking it much slower than usual. I'm on liquids all day than mushies tomorrow, so I'll see how it goes.

I think because you make worse food choices like ice cream, chips, etc that go down easy causing you to gain weight.....

Once you are back on solids after a fill; you need to be able to eat 3 oz of solid Protein and have veggies. If you can't eat you are too tight.
