2 Month Band-Iversary....happy With Where I Am At.

Banded 4/9. Lost 35lbs so far. Going to the gym. Feel like I'd lose quicker if I made my protien goals daily

If u have the health and fitness channel there are 2 30 min programs on a 6 and 630 am. They are gilads body in motion and the other is strength training. I dvr them and do them in the evening
