Bamabander 111 Posted June 26, 2012 I've eaten 750 calories today and had 48 grams of Protein. I'm not hungry and it's almost 9. Do I make myself drink a Protein Shake to get to my 70+ on the day or can I just be done for the day? And do better on protein tomorrow? I do typically get it all in.
