Ok everyone....started this workout program today (on my treadmill)......didn't do the entire thing did do a lap and a half tho......will try again tomorrow until I do make it all the way through.....on my way to healthy me!

I started an intense workout program about 6 weeks ago and went from 8 pushups to 30 now. Many other exercises I could only do a few but now I can do 3-4 reps. Congrats on making that first step!
