I really need help with exercises which will help with my arms and legs. I think i have a lot cellulite in my legs and i need help. After i am finish losing all the weight i need and wont i can easily have a Tummy Tuck but i need to focus on my legs and arms. What can i do. Please help i have lost a total of 23lbs so far but i am ready for weights now.

I started a class at the gym called Bodypump. It is great from arm and legs. Google it, you might enjoy it.
