scorrea 95 Posted June 21, 2012 Hi, I am looking to find out about the burping that I am doing. Is it because I have taken in too much food? I mean food, liquids? I am still on liquid diet, with a scrambled egg here and there to help with the dizziness and light headedness. I am still drinking Protein Shakes and boullion. I feel full, maybe a bit too full? Thank you !

2muchfun 8,927 Posted June 22, 2012 Burping for me meant I was getting close to full. If you are sick of liquids, here's something that is nearly liquid. Egg drop Soup. It's pretty much just broth and an egg. It goes down like liquids but since there's a little texture, it satisfies. If you go to the grocery store, in the asian Isle is a mix that makes 3 cups. It's mostly chicken broth powder and some other spices. But it's not bad. tmf
NWgirl 574 Posted June 22, 2012 I burped in excess the first month. I believe it was related to gas because I could have not consumed anything for a couple hours and be burping away. It'll pass.

scorrea 95 Posted June 22, 2012 Thank you everyone for your input! I feel better now. And yes, I was told by my doctor that an occasional scrambled egg to keep headaches and dizziness at bay was ok, I can go to mushy foods this weekend if all is well. All on doctors orders. tmf
