ready4change2 19 Posted June 20, 2012 I am on mushies also. For Breakfast scrambled egg, snack greek yogurt, lunch tuna salad, snack cottage cheese, supper refried bean or pureed chili. I have been finding lots of options. Unsweetened applesauce, smashed banana or pears, you can add Condiments to stuff also like sour cream or mayo to tuna.
