What's Everyones Daily Menu Like?

On mushies and not getting in enough calories and could.use help with Protein intake. How is everyone else doing this??

I am on mushies also. For Breakfast scrambled egg, snack greek yogurt, lunch tuna salad, snack cottage cheese, supper refried bean or pureed chili. I have been finding lots of options. Unsweetened applesauce, smashed banana or pears, you can add Condiments to stuff also like sour cream or mayo to tuna. You have to become creative but soon we will be on to regular food then we can experiment with mostly everything. Good luck
