zx11lover 4 Posted June 19, 2012 I know mine was still sore after three weeks. I think people heal at different rates. Just keep a check on it to make sure everything is ok and it Is not infected
☠carolinagirl☠ 18,721 Posted June 19, 2012 hey moya,,,,,i am nearly 2 weeks post op and my port incision is very sore and slightly bruised. i guess this is normal. (remember we just had major surgery not too long ago and they did cut us open). you and me and everyone new bandie will be fine hope you have a great day today
2muchfun 8,927 Posted June 19, 2012 Mine was sore for a couple of months. And occasionally I'll lean over something and the pressure on that area can bruise the skin around it. And of course yours coulda flipped but highly unlikely. Your port is stitched to the muscles on your abdomen not your skin so bruised skin is not usually an indicator. I guess you'll find out when you go in for your first fill but nothing to be concerned about at this stage. tmf
