Nacol 76 Posted June 21, 2012 Late last year I started my Xbox360 Biggest Loser/Zumba...got bored and decided I needed to be around people so I joined LAFitness in March. Since then, I have met some wonderful people/trainers that are doing a wonderful job keeping me accountable, encouraging, etc. My routine is to attend the 1 hour Bodyworks (Strength/Aerobics class) on Mon/Wed/Sat, 30 min of individualized torture on Friday (Personal Trainer) and sometimes I throw in some Aquafit on Tues or Thursday, Sundays I do the elliptical for 30 min to strengthen my quads (knee problems-arthritis). If I don't make it to the gym, I spend time at home on my Elliptical/Treadmill/Weights--they have me focusing on building lean muscle. So according to the nurse/psych I got the workout down...hoping I don't have too hard of a time getting back to schedule after the surgery. I want to give myself a few days break but not too much so I don't get too rusty. For those that worked out pre op did you have any issues in post op w your workout routines?
