I need advice!

When you get a fill and you can't hardly take pills. Maybe some of you are in the same place, I get bad cramps in the time of the month. I usually take Pamprin or Aleve. Any suggestions on what I can take that is liquid or should I crush the pills??

I take liquid extra strength tylenol when I have cramps. It works well for me, although my cramps aren't severe. Pamprin and Aleve are both NSAID's, and I was told to avoid these after banding.
