I just decided to purchase a better scale for our house. Is anyone familiar with the Eatsmart Precision Plus or the Precision Premium? What about the Ozeri Precision Pro II or any other ideas?

How have you found that the scale you have differs from what your Doctors office shows? Do you use the ones that show Weight, body fat, hydration and Muscle and bone mass?

What do you use, and how do you like it?

Does it show different readings on different areas of your bathroom tile?

I am really curious as to what your guys think!

This is a big deal because frankly I have never actually THOUGHT about buying a scale myself I just used hand me downs or what was available. So.. BIG step for me!

It's funny you should ask this now,I just (5 minutes ago) opened my Ozeri Precision Plus II that I ordered from Amazon. I really like the looks. It consistently weighs the same when I get on and off it. It weighed me the same as my old scale. It will weigh up to 440 lbs in .2 increments. I needed to get a new one because my old digital scale didn't light up and it was really difficult to see. It also had great reviews on Amazon. When I ordered it I used the coupon code ACCULOSS and ended up only paying $17.37 and it shipped free (but I don't think there is free shipping any more).

I use a $20 Weight Watchers version from Walmart... Works like a charm and always the same as docs. Have had it 2 years.

I own a Fitbit Aria wifi scale. Shows body fat, lean vs. fat mass, weight, etc. Previously, I owned a Taylor, which always showed about 2lb lighter than Dr's scale. This scale matches the Dr scale perfectly.

I also love the wireless sync option and the fact it combines effortlessly into one interface with my other fitbit items.

I have the Health o Meter Oil Rubbed Bronze scale from Walmart. Costs ~ $30. Internal memory for 2 stores the last weight and it will show you how much you got down or up. It does shows different readings on different areas of my bathroom tile but after owning it for about 6 months I know the trick.

I weight first on the bare floor and then I put the scale on top of the rug. I go with the smaller number. :D

It weights 2-3 pound less than my doctor's office because I usually weight myself wthout cloths.

Thanks for the tip! I bought a digital scale from Walmart (don't remember the brand name) and it shows your weight, body fat, and hydration level BUT if I step on, see the number, step off, and get back on, the second number could be 1-2 lbs different.

I just purchased the Ozeri one off Amazon you guys suggested. Free shipping and bonus code are still available.

EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom scale w/ Extra Large Backlit 3.5" Display and "Step-On" Technology.

Very happy with this. Last time I went to the doctors his scale and mine matched exactly.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
