Truly Frustrated Today!

Ok so to sum up the past month I was to tight needed an unfill got it, it didnt help the acid reflux and night cough got worse ended up dehydrated and unable to even swallow my own spit so the doc totally unfilled me . .. Now after total unfillI spent 4 days on liquids then got very sick and constipated and full of trapted gas and in the following three days I consumed less then 2000 cals for the full three days combined and I weigh this morning and im UP 8 POUNDS since my unfill!! As if this month hasnt been bad enough now im goin back up the scale even without food what is up with that?

When you are dehydrated, your body loses necessary Water weight. You've probably just regained the normal amount of liquid your body needs.
