JanellesMommy8210 8 Posted June 12, 2012 I am 20 pounds away from my first short term goal to be under 200 pounds! It seems like the weight loss is slowing down. Been banded going on 10 weeks tommorow and no fill. I lost 31 pounds so far. Maybe the fill will help since I have been eating rice again and snacking. Help any advice Fellow Bandsters? honk 780 Posted June 13, 2012 Please note I am not saying this to be mean spirited. The band is not meant to stop you from eating foods like rice or Snacks. I am at restriction and can basically eat any food I want. At least half of this battle is making a new relationship with food. There's nothing wrong with eating rice say once a week. The issue is when did you eat a high calorie food everyday. It took me 6 months to get restriction so your first fill may not do a lot for you. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
