sherriet123 0 Posted June 12, 2012 I was hoping someone could help me jump start my losing again. I had to have rotator cuff surgery and of course my activities decreased. I am back to the fill before I was scheduled for surgery. And I have an appointment for another adjustment next week. But I need some advice to help me start losing again. Any suggestions on foods, or anything?? I am getting discouraged. I am limited on my exercise, well I can't do anything other than walk, which I am... Any suggestions???
