PIZZA!!! Absolutely, hands down, my favourite food. I get into trouble with pizza, so I only indulge occasionally now.

Giving up your favourite foods isn't sustainable, and I say this from experience. The biggest thing for me was making it into a treat as opposed to a staple of my diet (more than once a day, 3-4 times a week!)

The first time I lost the weight, I basically gave up eating for pleasure to do it. This time, I'm going to keep it off by letting myself indulge in moderation. So far so good, and this way is a lot more fun! ;)

I had the band back in march and I'm scared to try pizza. I haven't had any bread since march. So thin crust is safe to try ?q

YES, thin crust (VERY crispy pizza) would be okay. I do not have any issues with the whole wheat pita bread. Good luck~
