I wont be much help here because ive only slept with one man ever and he is now my hubby :) but I will say the more weight I lose the more energy I have and the more flexible I am and igs GREAT!.. So if you have a partner who you have a good sexual relationship with that you enjoy id keep it goin cause as you lose its only going to feel better.
