JanjustJan 4 Posted June 11, 2012 Hello everyone again. I have been on vacation for one week to heal from lapband surgery. I will go back to work Mon. I am a store manager and the truck we are getting is 900 pieces. For once I will not be helping to unload the truck. It will be hard not to be in the middle of it but I can do it. I am still on liquids and have graduated to pureed Soup. I take out the noodles and potatoes as my surgen said to stay away from them. I feel better. Has anyone tried any soup that is tasty and full of good Vitamins? I might try and make my own because that is what I will be eating more of this coming week along with the Protein Drinks. Still having a hard time getting all my liquids down. Thanks again for all the great info.

ladyjfloral 1 Posted June 14, 2012 I take any of the cream or pre made Soup, put 1/2 cup in my Magic Bullet with lots of spinach and blend it all together. Spinach is loaded with good Vitamins.< /p>
