lassie 247 Posted June 10, 2012 First “stuck” happened this morning. Was having my one egg and a slice of toast after church, before I was done I was praying to God not to let me eat any more toast. I could tell something was wrong had a little burning feeling in my chest made me stop eating. I have heard on here not to drink Water but after a few minutes I could not help it I had to drink something. It was not super bad it stopped fairly fast but still have like a little uncomfortable feeling. I will chew chew chew better. Lol Lassie
1shauna1 129 Posted June 10, 2012 Sounds not too bad! That's when we have to listen and stop, for sure. At least it went down and didn't come back up!
Lola Granola 14 Posted June 10, 2012 Yes! I had something similar happen. I tried to eat a piece of red bell pepper thinking that I could chew the skin up really small. It was more difficult than I thought to do so and I ended up with a feeling like something was still "in there". I also drank a little Water and it did seem to help. Probably because it was still a very small amount of food. I held off on eating anything else for the day. I just had Soup, yogurt, stuff like that. The next day the feeling was gone and I have not had anything like that happen again. I feel lucky that I did not have something really big get stuck!! I can tell from this experience that something large stuck in there would probably be more than just a little uncomfortable!
alb729 11 Posted June 10, 2012 Well seems to me..you prayed and you got your answer. Don't just chew chew chew...don't eat toast...it's that simple for the toast issue for now.
