Why are all BCBS state plans different? My doctors office has never had any problems with getting approvals with other BCBS but mine. It doesn't make any sense to me. I am hoping they will eventuallt approve it.

It really just depends on what your employer chooses to cover. If it is excluded no amount of petitioning will help you. This is why some people go to Mexico.
