jen_1381 446 Posted June 8, 2012 Had my first 'oops' today and I'm paying for it!! I am about 3 weeks post op, still on mushies, and ate lunch at 11:00. After work my husband picked me up and we went car shopping. I missed my afternoon snack and we didn't get done at the car dealers until after 7, home until 8:30. I was SO hungry. Overly hungry. My head is POUNDING. I came home and tried to eat slowly some quick Protein but it was too late, I was shakey and still can't shake the headache. Any ideas for portable Snacks when still on mushies? Scooby_Who 5 Posted June 8, 2012 Motts makes these applesauce pouch things that you can eat w/o a spoon. Also baby food pouch things. Pre-mixed Protein Shakes. banana (take tiny bites and smoosh it in your mouth). Stop at KFC and get mashed potatoes. A Campbell's "Soup at Hand". I've been on mushies 2 days ... can you tell I've given this some thought?
