pargatchand 0 Posted June 7, 2012 Hi all I weight 42st in January 2012 in december 2011. I got the ok for lap band surgery for pre op I lost 5st and weigth 37st. My surgery was on 9th march 2012 I have lost a other 4st before my first band fill which was on 31st may 2012 at this I have lost a other 2st I feel much happy with the weight lost still got a long way to go. But I am looking for sport and help with what the do and not to do with lap band? So please help I could do with the sport? As I am looking to get my life back and get married and have kids? You should be able to do anything physically (of course you may have to work your way to up extended levels of physical activity but your band shouldn't prohibit you from doing anything if that's what you mean). Thank you for your help and sport? So your starting weight was 588 pounds and you lost 154 pounds. So now you are at 434 Pounds. That is wonderful good for you, you stay on the program and listen to your doctor.. Yes you have a long way to go but look how far you have come already. Whoot WHoot.
