GreatLadyJ 2 Posted June 7, 2012 Hi Everyone! I'm new to this site. I was actually told about this site by a person (who is now a 'band buddy') who was attending my behavioral management class (that was required by BC/BS IL). I found this past Monday (June 4, 2012) that I was approved for surgery. And I'm ecstatic!!!! My concern: toning once the procedure is done. I know the weightloss is 'low' compared to bypass...about 1-2 pounds a week. I'm still concerned about excess skin/saggy skin. Does anyone know of any simple toning exercises that will help minimize the sag (I keep thinking about the movie 'Click' when Adam Sandler lost all that weight due to illness and he was playing with his belly flap...I cracked up....but it makes me think).
