Sombra1718 55 Posted June 7, 2012 I have surgery at six. I didn't think I would be, but I am scared. My dad got severe brain damage during surgery when I was ten. He never remembered who he was or anyone else. He lived with the mental capacity of a three year old until he died in 2009. I know because the circumstance is completely different that the same won't happen to me but I am still scared. I hope this is worth it. I have worked hard to get to this. I have taken a lot of comfort from knowing that you all are out there.
