TODAY IS DAY 4 FOR ME AND I SLEPT ON MY SIDE LAST NIGHT I PROPED MY TUMMY UP WITH A PILLOW BUT EVEN THO I DIDNT SLEPP TRU THE NIGHT I GOT MORE sleep LAST NIGHT THAN I HAVE I 5 DAYS. YAY I FEEL LOTS BETTER TODAY...

Anybody else having trouble sleeping through the night? Any suggestions?

Maybe a fan or something In he room to make noise?

Well I'm 1 week out today and feeling better everyday. Still not sleeping through the night and I've tried everything! I'm a natural belly sleeper and now that I can sleep on my belly its better but still wake up several times during the night....I can say that the eggs I had for Breakfast were amazing and I don't like eggs very much lol...now that I'm on blended foods I have more energy and have to remind myself not to over do it! Hope everyone else is doing well also Keep on Keeping on and keep up the good work!!
