Kim Lap Band Talk 10 Posted June 6, 2012 Here's my own definition, it's not the technical one. It is a laser technology that shrinks fat and tightens up your trouble spots. It's only good for people with trouble areas, not to get rid of a lot of fat. My doctor said I am in good shape to lose about an inch in the abdomen with it. BUT I've read horrible reviews.
