Jfobies 0 Posted June 5, 2012 Many people say here that the first 6 weeks are for healing, not losing. I'm curious - what happens at 6 weeks that changes things? Your body? A fill? I'm 6 weeks post op tomorrow, lost 27 lbs so far, but 25 of that was I the first 3 weeks, so I have definitely been feeling a little discouraged.
kbliss78 123 Posted June 5, 2012 Your doing better than me. I lost 10 in the first week, now I am 4 weeks out. No lost for 3 weeks. I feel very discouraged and feel like I made a wrong selection in my proceedure. I am already following a very restrcited calorie intake and working out, not having Snacks and drinking Water. Once again, no loss. I really hope that things get better for me. I heard it takes a while but I wasnt mentally prepared for it.
ssmsdjs 11 Posted June 5, 2012 I think you are doing great slow and steady wins the race. The weight didn't appear overnight and won't disappear over night Keep up the good work
SashaWLS 412 Posted June 5, 2012 ost 27 lbs so far, but 25 of that was I the first 3 weeks, so I have definitely been feeling a little discouraged. I also lost 26lbs the first three weeks and then none for a few weeks afterwards. But yesterday I went for my second fill and found that I lost another 5. Don't get discouraged, you'll lose again.
