Preop Diet Pains

Day 3 and final of period diet (tomorrow is surgery eeeekk ) I woke up lastnite with the worst pains in my stomach. Has anyone experianced this from being on liquids? Just curious.....

I haven't had that on the pre-op liquid diet, but on the post-op diet, yes. For me it's crampy diarrhea from consuming only liquids. Depending on what liquids you've been drinking, it could be related to lactose intolerance or an overload of artificial sweeteners.

Thanks Jean. It didn't last and unfortunately wasn't diarrhea pains ( kinda hoping so before surgery) nonetheless this to shall pass. Thanks for the reply
