In about 3 hours I will be going in for surgery! I'm excited and ever so ready to get this new chapter in my life started, this improved me started. I'm also pretty nervous as I've never had a surgery, aside from a tonsilectomy. I want it more than I fear it though... so here goes

Thanks for all of your kind words all! I went home from the hospital around noon yesterday and I feel ok. Soreness of course and I sort of feel like I have some heaviness on my chest but I believe that's because I am somewhat congested. Other than that I'm staying on top of taking my phenergan and ibuprofen because I started to feel like I would throw up yesterday and I'm so scared to throw up. Feels good to finally be on the other side, now I'm just trying to be patient in feeling well as well as feeling somewhat normal.
