Any Band Conversions

Hello bandsters, I've been posting for a while now about not losing. banded nearly 3 yrs in August. I still have at least 45 more pounds to lose. I would like to know if there are any bandsters that have converted from the band to either the sleeve or gastric bypass. This is the option that my health care is asking of me. I really want to keep my band but if it's not working for me, and by me being diabetic, they want to remove the band and go with one of the other options. Let me know if you have converted and how that is working for you. I have 2 weeks to think about it!!

The best place to ask this question would be on either the vertical sleeve or the bypass board. Most people don't stick around here once they have their bands out.
