readytogoforit 172 Posted June 4, 2012 welcome to the forum. you will find lots of information on this site. try to read as much a you can. I found it really helped me feel more comfortable at surgery time. Also all of these doc appts. are rough to do but, we all do them! I think one of the hardest things for me to change was drinking while I ate. I worked on it by slowly eliminating a beverage size at each meal. I am fine now, just another change. I had been taking Vitamins as prescribed by my doc but a lot were added for the surgery and forever after. I have learned to be very organized! I take liquid Calcium and multi as the pills were so large. I have tried lots of new food combos that I love and have really limited the drive thru eating. I love Taco Bell and it is one I occasionally go to. they have a Fresco taco that is good. Good luck with all the new info you will be getting, ask lots of questions. We were all there at one time so we don't mind helping !
