change4life10 1 Posted June 4, 2012 Hello I am from Central Illinois and I am waiting on approval from my insurance. My last appointment with the surgeon was May 29. I haven't seen anyone close to moline yet so maybe you are as close as I'll see I just started the journey I went to a seminar last Monday and first dr.
