Going On Vacation - How Can I Stay On Track?

I'm driving across country next week for a week long vacation. Starting to lose weight again, but I'm worrried that since I won't be cooking my own meals that I'll over do it in the calorie department. I'm planning on packing a cooler with healthy Snacks and Water, but once I'm there...we'll be eating out every day. Any suggestions?

I am also concerned about vacations. I will be watching your post to get some answers. If you know what type of places you will be stopping at you could look on the internet and get there menu.

When I travel I take things that don't have to be refrigerated like Protein Drinks, nuts, applesauce, string cheese. And I can always get most of that wherever I am. Then I am sure to have Protein & have some an hour or so before I go out & just order an appetizer or Soup. Using my fitness pal helps, too. Have a wonderful trip!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
