I take the Flintstones chewable complete... They are a little bitter, but do the job!

I take the Centrum Kids Chewables... still pre op for me but they break down to powder like consistency very quickly! good luck with surgery on Monday!

I take opurity band Multivitamins, but will probably change to Centrum chewables when my bottle is out due to a price difference.

My doctor said Flintstone chewables with CHOLINE (look for that). I buy the Kirkland brand from costco same thing much cheaper.
