Has Anyone Tried Curves Complete?

Recommended Posts

I am currently trying Curves Complete, through Curves. The plan calls for me to eat 1500 calories a day, three meals and 2 small Snacks which seems reasonable, except sometimes the food is quite literally "too much" for me to eat, and I get stuck quite easily. Not sure if it is the food combinations, or if I am finally starting to feel the restriction I should be. I know to stop once I feel the restriction, but does that mean I should put the food away to eat later, or be done with it altogether until my next meal?

Sound like a huge amount of food to me and when you are full STOP .....; don't save it .... I guess my question is why are you doing this ? Did your Dr recommend this ? Is it costing you ? No 3rd degree here just being 3 years out I know it takes work on my part and once you get in the swing you know what you can and can not eat and anything thats sticking is either to much, not chewed, or a no no for you, I can never ever eat bread sometimes I dream of HAMBURGER BUT ................... IT JUST ISN'T WORTH WHAT IT COST ME IN DISCOMFORT.

1500 seems high to me. Also my doctor does not recommend Snacks even before restriction.

Be done with it. Ive on occasion done soething called Lite n Easy - a home delivered 1200 calorie plan, and i cant eat it ll. Just goes to show that healthy food is much bulkier and keeps your calories right down

I was thinking something similar about 1500 calories seeming to be a little on the high side. And I get stuck only on certain foods right now (bread and pork!). I decided to try it since I had only lost 12 pounds post-op, which was December, and I wanted a kick in the rear. It's been great for getting me in the gym more, so I guess that's good! :)

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
