In the meantime I am trying hard to eat better and slowly starting to work exercise back in. I would love to join you guys in this challenge if its ok? Comeo on down! Folks I need to apologize but it doesn't look like I will get a table with the weigh ins completed anytime soon. Way to much going on this month with three weekends of music festivals and two grandkids with birthdays my weekends are pretty much used up. If there is anyone who would like to create something, even an exel or word document would do, let me know. Larry I'm going to do the file, and I have it updated through what people have submitted so far but I don't know how to attach it...I'm looking how to but if you could let me know how you do it. Exercise goal for June~ Start some kind of exercise program, even just walking around the house. Personal goal for June- I would really like to get above 64 oz to around 80 oz I believe that I need more Fluid to help my weight loss. Date banded~ No yet but hoping soon! Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~ I've lost almost 10 lbs since May 10 What is your favorite summer activity~ Swimming...oh I always say if I owned my own pool that exercise would never be an issue for me!
