Anyone get hemorrhoids after surgery? I've never had them before but I just went to the bathroom thinking I had some toilet paper stuck in there, but it's not toilet paper, it's me!!! I'm a little freaked out. Is this normal??

drink more Water and try Fiber. i eat a fiber One Bar just about everyday. its hard with all the protien to stay regular. and dont strain too much. if it wont come out, just try again later

It is not un-normal.

It is from straining when you go. Preperatin H cream helps.

I got some Fiber powder that has no taste and put a couple scoops in my protin skake in the morning.
