Dropping In To Say Hello!

Hello Springers! It has been a while but just wanted to peak in and say hello. Things are going well. I'm official two months as a bandster and down 30 pounds and loving the new me for the mos tpart. My band is 10cc and I only have 2.5cc right now and can eat anything. I know this doesn't happen overnight but I want to drop anothr 20 before July 6th which I think is alittle bit to much. So right now, I am just controlling my eating and working out everyday. Hope to hear from you all soon!!

Congratulations on losing 30 pounds! That is fantastic! I'm glad to read it's going well. My surgery is next Tuesday, and once again, I am starting to question whether I should proceed. Reading about your success definitely helps, though, so thanks for posting an update.
