willowcat 93 Posted May 30, 2012 Just curious how Lipo is supposed to treat artheritis? Can't walk? Water aerobics lets you exercise without stress to your joints. Good luck Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

willowcat 93 Posted May 31, 2012 I wish you the best. We all have our own journeys to take. I hope your arthritis pain is soon a thing of the past and that you are able to participate in some sort of exercise that is helpful and enjoyable. India is a beautiful country (one of my favorite places to visit!); I can see how it would impact the choices you have available to you. Best wishes. Mollyb67 11 Posted June 1, 2012 There are exercises that can be done from a chair and are very effective. Please research them or find a recreational therapist. I have seen 90+ year old women who couldn't put on their shoes be able to slide on pantyhose and walk without walkers after doing this program. Best of luck to you!
