Lose100 178 Posted June 26, 2012 I am now able to walk 2 miles without passing out. It took me 38 minutes with the average speed of 3.3. My goal is to walk 2 miles in 30 minutes. Update: I now can walk 2 miles in 36 minutes. I also increased to 3 miles which took me 58 minutes. Wow, I would of NEVER thought that I could/would walk 3 miles.
