ebonymc 52 Posted May 28, 2012 Yes I'm having this pain now. You actually posted what I was getting ready to post..LOL Every 2-3 months I have this pain in that area and it sometimes worsen when I take deep breaths. I too have a lot of gas and was wondering if I should monitor what I eat more carefully. My Dr.says its a muscle strain due to that being a sensitive area near the port and it can be easily aggravated. After sitting, I have to slowly stand up straight and get that stiff cramp/pain in tact before walking. After 1-2 weeks it goes away. I worry about erosion and a slippage also. Hopefully I can have some tests run soon.
SamiB 0 Posted June 21, 2012 Please go get this checked out... Are you having any pain around your shoulder blades? Maybe burping more than usual? Can eat more than your supposed to?.. If the pain does not go away please insist on an endoscope. You are sometimes your only advocate and if something is wrong, push to find the cause!
ebonymc 52 Posted June 22, 2012 Thanks much, I'm not having the pain at this time. As I said before, it comes and goes. I have an appt. in 1 week and hopefully its nothing too serious. I've read some negative things about my old Dr. since he has left that I am really afraid of whats coming next after seeing this new one.
