Feeling Yucky

I got a full of .2 cc on Thursday, staying on liquids for a bother few days since my last fill I Feb was hard on me. So I can tell I'm getting a little dehydrated so in trying my best to drink Water. Last nite I had some hot cocoa since I needed something warm since cold drinks don't agree sometimes after a fill. I don't know if I went to bed too soon after drinking it but I gurgled and made those odd noises for about an hr and woke up twice in middle of nite with reflux. I really don't think I need Fluid taken out but just so yucky feeling after that and I have some shoulder pain. Anyone ever have any of this?

If you are gurgling up just drinking liquids, and have night reflux, you are showing signs of being overfilled.

Feeling much better and stopped drinking liquids well before I went to bed and had a headache cuz I didn't drink my one cup of coffee. So far today is way better!!
